Staff always respectful and supper friendly.
Huge and neat rooms with private bathrooms. Magnificent location, safe area, very close to shops, restaurant, the beach, and the social scene, and the pedestrian zone with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a cubical shrine.

I truly enjoyed its very awesome and amazing employees.
The room was amazing and tidy, with a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Private bathroom was good.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to a ferris wheel, and the quadruple room with a balcony is recommended for a pleasant stay.

We were there for 4 days, everything was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed its super location not far from the closest beach club, and the center of PdC. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh meals...

The employees were outstandingly accommodating with nice manners. the location is marvellous, close to the pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, the town center, and Mexico as a whole. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach.

I greatly enjoyed the triple room. the venue was in a very central location just off certain areas, beach, and an Italian restaurant. It also was on the 5th Avenue.
